How to change the signature in the emails sent to the customer?

Can I change my existing signature?


In Chargebee, you can change the Signature in the email sent to your customers on your Master Email template. 

To do this, 

  1. Go to Chargebee Dashboard, Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email notifications > Customize Master Template.

  2. To configure a new Signature click on the "From" dropdown and then select “Add New” 

  3. To edit the contents of an existing signature, click on "Manage from addresses", as shown below

Note: You can have multiple From addresses configured in Chargebee.Depending on the “From address” selected in the specific emails the respective signature will be attached.

  1. Now, click on the "edit" option against your email address, to the page you are redirected to as shown below:
