How to manually enable orders from the UI?
Summary
If you are a merchant who sells physical goods and wants your shipping statuses and order information synced to Chargebee, you can do it via the Orders feature. Chargebee lets you automate order creation based on the products you are selling and the intervals you are selling for For more on this, click here.
Orders created in Chargebee can then be synced to your fulfilment platform, as required. We currently support Shipstation.
To enable orders Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Billing LogIQ > Orders > Click Enable. To know more on how to configure your orders, cut-off dates, shipment dates etc. click here.
Once Orders are created you can have them synced to your fulfillment platform, as required. We currently support Shipstation, BigCommerce and Shopify to Chargebee supports to manage and fulfill orders
If you are using an unsupported fulfillment service you can use our Orders APIs to build a custom integration.
Note: Make sure you configure the site-wide settings and shipping preference for plans and addons before you automate orders. To know more, click here.
