Why is some features not enabled for my account?
Some features in Chargebee are enabled on request, provided they are available as per your Chargebee plan.

This will also apply to new features that are available in closed Beta or require some settings to be enabled from our end.
Your TEST site you will have access to all features & functionality, however, some functions will still need to be enabled by our support team.
