If a customer already has a payment method saved, and you want to change the payment gateway associated with that method, follow the steps below.
Steps to Update the Payment Gateway:
Navigate to the Customer Record for the respective customer.
Locate the Payment Method section.
Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the existing payment method.
Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.
In the edit screen, you will see a "Gateway Account" dropdown.
Choose the desired Payment Gateway from the list.
Save the changes.
Note:
Changing the payment gateway here does not create a new payment method; it only updates the gateway used for the current one.
