If a customer already has a payment method saved, and you want to change the payment gateway associated with that method, follow the steps below.


Steps to Update the Payment Gateway:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Record for the respective customer.

  2. Locate the Payment Method section.

  3. Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the existing payment method.

  4. Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.

  5. In the edit screen, you will see a "Gateway Account" dropdown.

  6. Choose the desired Payment Gateway from the list.

  7. Save the changes.



Note:
Changing the payment gateway here does not create a new payment method; it only updates the gateway used for the current one.
