Error while enabling a payment method


Summary 

    When enabling a payment method in the Chargebee  configuration, an error is thrown stating  another payment method  is not enabled at the gateway.

Example: 

‘APPLE-PAY is not configured in your gateway account’ while trying to enable PayPal via Adyen from the UI.


Clarification 

  • Chargebee validates all the payment methods with the gateway while updating the configuration.

  • If any payment method is enabled at chargebee but disabled at the gateway, the validation fails and throws an error.

  • Disable the payment method in Chargebee which is disabled in Adyen.
