Solution


The error: The operation failed as the authorization transaction had returned an error. Error message: (300) The zipcode field is required REFID: XXXXXXX  is being thrown by the NMI gateway.

Chargebee does not have direct integration with NMI. Instead, Chargebee uses Spreedly, a third-party card vault, to store the customer's card information.
