The system did not generate an invoice, for a subscription for which the cancellation has been scheduled

Summary


An invoice will be generated if you have configured to invoice charges for any existing unbilled charges (Settings > Configure Chargebee > Subscription cancellation)


When the “ Subscription Cancellation Scheduled" is set to a subscription the subscription would be moved to a non-renewing state, where the renewal jobs will not be initiated. An invoice will not be generated if the scheduled date is modified through the “Edit Scheduled Cancellation” because the subscription is already in the non-renewing state.

Invoice generated for cancelled subscription:

An invoice will be generated if you have configured to invoice charges for any existing unbilled charges (Settings > Configure Chargebee > Subscription cancellation)
Chargebee allows you to manage other aspects such as credits, unbilled charges, and invoices in the event of subscription cancellation
