How to import GoCardless mandates into Chargebee for existing customers in Go cardless?

Solution

1. Ensure GoCardless is connected to your site and customer record exists in GoCardless and in Chargebee
   
   

2. Make sure Display Direct Debit as a payment method for customers is configured:
   
   
   

3. Make sure the Direct debit payment option is enabled at the customer level:
   
   
   

4. Get the mandate Id from GoCardless
   
   
   

5. Import this into Chargebee using bulk operation using Customer > Update Customers Payment Method bulk action
