This customer has signed up but has not set up their Self-Serve Portal account

Solution

Here is more about how you can find out whether your customers have set up their portal accounts or not.

Pending - Indicates that the customer has signed up but has not set up their portal account.

For more details on how can your customers access their portal please click here.

Your customers should create their accounts through your portal ( https://.chargebeeportal.com) using the email address they signed up with. When they click on the sign-up link, they will be prompted to enter their email address.

After customers enter their email address and submit it, the system checks if the email address is present on your Chargebee site. If the email address is not present, then the customer will get an error that the email address provided was not found. If it is present, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to create their account with the password. Once customers created the account, they can access the portal at any time using their credentials.
