Scope
Error - MISSING_CARD_HOLDER_INFO while adding credit card through the 'add payment' link.
Summary
This error occurs when the customer is trying to add the payment method via the Request Payment Method email we sent.
Solution
In order to fix this error, you would need to navigate to Configure Chargebee >> Checkout & Self-Serve portal --> Fields --> Payments & enable the First name, and last name fields & then give this a try.
