In what scenario would Chargebee not log any record of the failed transactions in Adyen?

There are transactions that wouldn’t go through successfully or were refunded quickly which is why no transaction record is logged.

So for the failed Transactions, if the payment intent is expired and did not get consumed successfully, it would not create an associated transaction.
