Fix for error message: (INVALID_STRING_LENGTH) The value of a field is either too short or too long.

Summary 


This error occurs when the transaction descriptor configured is of an invalid length. 

For Paypal, this limit is set as 22.

Solution 


In order to fix this error, you would need to shorten the length of the transaction descriptor configured.

Navigate to the Settings->Configure Chargebee->Payment Gateways->Edit Descriptor

Once this is done, the error would be resolved.
