How to disable the welcome email notifications sent to my customers on Sign up?
Summary
There are multiple email notification types that can be configured in Chargebee. When needed you could delete such notification if you no longer use the notification.
Solution
You could navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications > Select the email notification to be removed > Click on the ellipsis > Delete
Note: You’ll not be able to delete the default notification/emails set in Chargebee as it is part of the workflow. It may be disabled if you choose not to use the email notification.
