Can segments be created across entities in Chargebee?

Summary 


If your business requires you to send out targeted emails to customers, based on specific criteria; keep in mind that within Chargebee, customer-level emails such as 'Customer created' email can only be segmented by a segment created from the Customer Index page in Chargebee. The same applies to subscription and invoice-related emails as well. Chargebee does not support creation and usage of segments across entities. 


Solution


For customer-level emails such as 'Customer created' email, you would be able to create a Customer-level segment that is made up of a bunch of filters at the customer level.
