How to extend the period of pause for a paused subscription?


Summary

You can pause an active subscription for a specific date using 'Pause subscription' option on the subscription page (action panel). For some reason, your customer might want to extend the resumption date. This is also possible using the same option. 


You need to go to the subscription page-> select the paused subscription -> Click on 'Remove Scheduled Resumption Date' -> Click on 'Remove'. This will remove the resumption date but your subscription will still be in Paused State. 

Now click on the 'Resume subscription' button and select the date for which you want to resume the subscription. 


Solution

1. You need to go to the subscription page-> select the paused subscription -> Click on 'Remove Scheduled Resumption Date' -> Click on 'Remove'.



2. Now click on the 'Resume subscription' button and select the date for which you want to resume the subscription. 



Note: Only active subscriptions can be paused. Once the 'Remove scheduled resumption date' is done, the subscription will still remain in paused state.
