The following prerequisites must be met to backdate subscription actions and invoices:
- The setting for Backdating subscription actions and invoicing must be enabled on your Chargebee site.
- Only the following changes can be backdated:
- Changes in the recurring items or their prices.
- Addition of non-recurring items.
- Only subscriptions that are inactive, canceled, or non-renewing states can be backdated.
Backdating Subscriptions and Invoices: This feature is currently available on selective plans. Please refer to the plans and pricing page. If you are on our previous plans, then this feature is available on all the plans.
