In order to render the Google SSO button, a script “https://apis.google.com/js/platform.js?onload=renderButton” will be executed in the browser, and if your configuration had blocked any third party JS rendering, this would restrict in loading the button. 

Please check if you have configured any ad-blocker or an extension to block the third-party JS, disabling the same would help display the SSO button.
