I am trying to connect Chargebee with the credit repair cloud but it's saying my API key can't be validated.
I want to continue using Chargebee without CRC
As a business decision, Chargebee will be discontinuing support for CRC integrated accounts from the 1st of April 2021.
Chargebee will continue to support integration "AS IS" in the current CRC setup whereas new integration between CRC and Chargebee is not an option, those functions have been disabled permanently.
If you wish to continue using Chargebee, then the following are the two options
Option 1 -Use the existing CRC connected Chargebee account
Option 2 -Chargebee as your billing system without the CRC integration
Create a new Chargebee account, and migrate your data to the new Chargebee account. You can export your data from your current Chargebee site from Settings / Import & Export Data / Export Data and Import them back into the newer Chargebee site from Settings / Import & Export Data / Bulk Operation.
