Error: NetSuite request failed [This entity already exists]

You may experience this error if new customer records are created in Chargebee for the existing customers in Netsuite.

To resolve this error, the existing customer from Netsuite should be mapped with Chargebee.Contact Chargebee support with the list of customer IDs from Netsuite and Chargebee.
