Error during email transfer
When the Clear Sandbox action is performed, at times specifically when action emails on the test site might freeze in a scheduled status with the error “Cannot transfer Action emails module as there are some existing emails Scheduled to be sent”.
This error can be cleared with a back end action you can reach out to email@example.com to fix the data inconsistency and unblock it. You can then retry the transfer configurations.
