Summary


There are six ways in which a subscription can be canceled,


Forced cancellation:

  1. When you manually cancel a subscription via Web Interface

  2. Via Cancel Subscription API

  3. When your customers cancel their subscription from the Customer Portal


System cancellations:

  1. Due to non-payment in the Dunning process

  2. When the number of billing cycles reaches zero at the end of a renewal period 

  3. When subscription comes up with renewal with no credit card on file and Auto collection ON
