I am not able to accept the invite sent by my colleague to one of our Chargebee sites
If you are unable to access a Chargebee account when you are invited, and you are seeing a message to “Claim Your Account” this indicates that you have already signed up for a Chargebee Account in the past and have not completed the signup process, where you would have to verify your email address.
All you need to do is click on the “Complete Account Setup” email and setup your Password and Domain (Don’t select the same domain as the one you are invited to). You are not ready to access the account.
When you sign for a Chargebee account you get a trial account at no charge.
You can use the same login details to access multiple Chargebee accounts.
There is no extra charge for having multiple accounts, they will be charged as per the plan for each account.
To claim your site,
- Go to your inbox and search for “COMPLETE YOUR ACCOUNT SET UP” email
- Click the link in the email as displayed below
- The link specified verifies your email account and allows you to complete the account setup process with your domain name.
If you haven’t claimed the site for a long time and unable to find the 'COMPLETE YOUR ACCOUNT SET UP' email in your inbox,
To retrieve a lost account setup email, go to app.chargebee.com and click on Forgot Password.
Enter the email used to signup to Chargebee and click on Send Reset Link.
Note: Please ensure you select the right server (US/EU/AU) you used to sign up in order to successfully receive this email.
