Can I change my existing domain name to a new domain name with Chargebee?
Changing the sub-domain name is possible with Chargebee, provided the domain name is available and not used by another account.
Changing your Chargebee domain name is a critical action as it would break any existing public links.
To change your Chargebee Sub-Domain, you can write to Chargebee Support (email@example.com), with the preferred new domain name.
We will first make the change to your TEST site on confirmation we’ll make the changes to your LIVE site.
If your existing Chargebee site is in use (checkout is live for public) you will need to schedule a time slot to change over the new domain for your LIVE site, to ensure all links to the checkout & portal are updated with the new sub-domain.
Note: If you are using Custom domains this is optional.
