What should I do if transactions are in ‘Needs Attention’ status?
Chargebee marks a transaction as ‘Needs Attention’ if the payment confirmation
is not received from the payment gateway. To handle this, follow the steps mentioned below.
1) Login to your Chargebee account and navigate to the transaction in question.
2) Navigate to the corresponding transaction at the gateway using the customer email.
3) Check if the transaction has been settled at the gateway.
4) If the transaction has been settled, let us know at email@example.com. We’ll mark the transaction as settled. If the transaction hasn’t been settled, we’ll mark it as failed.
