How do I cancel my Chargebee account?

You can raise a cancellation request from your Chargebee app.


Note: If you have a dedicated CSM/Account Manager, we highly recommend reaching out them.


Click your user profile (bottom left corner) » Manage Account (live site) » Cancel Chargebee account.

Click your user profile (bottom left corner) » Edit Profile  (Test site) » Cancel Chargebee account.


By default, raising a request for site deletion from Chargebee UI, all sites such as TEST site will also be included for deletion. In order to delete a specific site, you can reach out to us at support@chargebee.com.




Once you submit the cancellation, one of our account executives will reach out to you to process the cancellation.


Note

Only the owner of the account will have access to raise a cancellation.

If you have enabled your Live Chargebee site, you will need to access this page from your live site


To Reactivate/Resume using our Chargebee account you can contact Chargebee support.
