Email Segmentation 

The Save filters feature allows you to create a segment or a category of customers/subscriptions based on the filter conditions you apply. To create a segment(saved filter),


  1. Click on the Filter list button and choose the attributes you wish to filter by and click on ‘Apply Filter’.

2. Next, click on the Save Filter button and enter a name for the segment.

3. The saved filter can be accessed by clicking on the drop-down as in the screenshot below. 

The segment can be used to export data in a specific category or to send email notification targeting specific users.
