Solution
If you lose your phone or otherwise don't have access to your mobile authenticator app, you can use Chargebee's recovery codes to log into your account. Remember to download your recovery codes after you finish setting 2FA up for your site. More on Recovery Codes here.
What happens if I don't have access to my mobile authenticator app or my recovery codes?
If you don't have your recovery codes, you can request a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) reset from your site admin. A 2FA reset is only allowed if both you and the admin are associated with the same company. If you both are, your Chargebee admin can reset your 2FA by navigating to Settings > Team Members, selecting your profile, and clicking Reset 2FA. After the reset, you'll receive an email notification prompting you to log in and set up 2FA again.
Contact Chargebee Support if you or your administrator are not able to reset your 2FA.
