Solution
This error happens when the in-app checkout iframe doesn’t load properly or loads for a longer period of time, possibly due to a connection issue.
But this is rarely the case when, due to a connection issue at the customer's end, the iframe doesn't load. Please kindly request that the customer try a different browser. If you are able to reproduce the issue consistently, then we will need to check why the master iframe is not getting loaded. If the issue reoccurs, reach out to our support.
