Unable to integrate Xero due to different base currencies in Chargebee and Xero
How can I integrate with Xero when Chargebee and Xero base currencies are different?
Summary
In order for you to integrate your Chargebee site with Xero, your Chargebee base currency has to be the same as the base currency of your Xero organization. If the base currency of Chargebee and Xero are different, please contact [email protected] for the next steps.
Solution
Let’s say your Chargebee site’s base currency is: USD
Let’s say your Xero organization’s base currency is: SGD
You can either:
-Change the base currency of your Chargebee site to SGD (Contact [email protected] to make this change on your site)
-Or, change the currency of your Xero organization to USD to match the Chargebee base currency (this has to be done at your end)
Once one of the above is done, you will be able to proceed with integrating your Chargebee site with Xero.
