I’m receiving an error on the Chargebee Checkout page, “Cannot contact the gateway at this time. ”
At times, customers may face an error while purchasing a subscription via the Chargebee checkout, “Cannot contact the gateway at this time.” This is due to the intermittent connectivity issue on the gateway's end. We have to contact gateway support for further resolution.
Say for example, this is the similar error message occured from Braintree & we need to reach out to Braintree’s support team. Screenshot for reference.
