Unable to view Webhook Failures from the email received from Chargebee

We received an email from Chargebee that webhooks are failed but, we are not seeing any failures in our event log and when we click on the link it’s blank.


The reason you do not see any events is that:

1. The filters used in the link above also have a condition that states that the 'status is failure'. 

2. This is the reason that the link doesn't work anymore - If your team rescheduled the failed webhook, it would no longer remain in the 'failure' state, but would have moved to 'succeeded'. 

3. Request you to locate the webhook, by just using the ID filter highlighted below, and you would be able to see it:
