Subscription cancelled due to Non-Compliant EU Customer error

Subscriptions are cancelled with this error and we have no idea why. 


The error reason for subscription cancellation is shown as "Non-Compliant EU Customer" due to the following pieces of evidence not adhering to the Location Validation feature:

  • Customer's billing address country

  • The IP address of the device used by the customer

  • Location of the bank from which payment was made

  • The country code of SIM card used by the customer

  • The location of the customer's fixed land line

  • Credit Card's BIN
