Structured Feedback Offer Layout
With this Offer Layout and Action, you can create an additional single-choice question to ask customers when they select certain cancel reasons. Customers will use this Offer to try and gather additional feedback around things like product or service complaints. To do so, create a Customer Feedback Offer and then navigate to the Design Tab to select the Feedback Layout. You can make this feedback offer a required step by hiding the "x" button to dismiss the offer modal.
You also can add this modal as an additional modal after an Offer button via the Offer accept state tab in the Offer editor. If you choose this option, we will present this Feedback modal after the user selects the offer button.
You can find the results of these modals in the Customers Tab by adding the column Drilldown modal feedback.
