How to view subscription records based on their e-mandate status?

Can I filter subscriptions with RBI e-mandate?

Can I add a custom filter for customers that need RBI e-mandate?

Summary

Based on the new guidelines enforced by the Reserve of Bank of India, it is now mandatory that customers create e-mandates that must be set up with Additional Factor Authentication (AFA) for every subscription in order to automatically collect recurring payments.

Chargebee now allows you to utilize our updated filter options to view subscription records based on their e-mandate status. This can help you manage your customer's recurring payment issues, dunning, and Pay Now notifications more effectively.

Solution

Follow the steps below to review how subscription filters can be used to identify subscription records with or with an e-mandate:

1. log in to your Chargebee site.

2. Click Subscriptions from your left menu.

3. Click the more options icon to view filters.

4. Select E-mandate from the Subscription section in the first filter drop-down list.

5. Select the applicable option from the second condition drop-down list.

6. Below is a quick guide:
If you select is not present, the results include all subscriptions without an e-mandate setup.
If you select is present, the results include all subscriptions with an active e-mandate.

  1. Click Apply Filter.

Outcome: The page displays subscription records based on the filter conditions applied.
