This helps you understand if there is a pattern in the movement of plans especially when there are significant Upgrades or Downgrades.
How it's measured
Plan Movement Report = Count of plan changes done from old plan to new plan.
Note: This does not include multiple changes within a month or plan changes done in the month of activation.
Keep a watch on this number whenever there is a high-value feature launch or pricing change. Customers moving to the plan in which the new feature got added that validates the feature's value. Whenever the plan prices are increased, customers move to lower-priced plans if they don’t find enough value in the higher-priced ones.
