Chargebee can collect customers' shipping address details from the hosted pages and store it under the respective subscription records. This is very useful for businesses that ship physical goods to their customers. These addresses can be downloaded as labels for printing as well.
If you have shipping address fields enabled, they are displayed on your hosted pages.
To enable the required shipping fields on your hosted pages, click Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-Serve Portal > Fields > Shipping, in the web interface.
You can also set the default country, and the country field will be filled in already on the hosted page.
The shipping address details can be added and edited after signing up using the web interface or the API as well.
