1. Login to the portal link

2. Enter the email address

3. Click on Forgot password

4. You will receive an OTP (One-time Password) to your registered email ID.

5. Enter the OTP to proceed

6. Once you log in, navigate to Account Information

7. Click on Change Password and update the password
