How to remove the “Ship to my billing address” option in Checkout?

Summary


In Chargebee, as a merchant, you can choose the fields that you want to display during checkout. This allows you to collect the necessary information from your customers. You can disable the options that are irrelevant to your business needs.

If you do not want to collect billing and shipping address from your customers you can disable the option by navigating to your Chargebee Dashboard,

Settings 

Checkout & self-serve portal 

Fields 

Shipping

> Disable the option "In checkout, show the option “Ship to my billing address” 

> Click Publish



Note: minimum of the country field is required for taxes to be calculated. Ensure you capture at least the billing address and country field.
