Skip order cart not working

Solution

The order cart is the page on the Checkout page that displays the order summary. It contains the plan and the addon information so that the end-user can make some changes if necessary.

If you have enabled the option to ‘Skip order cart’ and you are still seeing it, invariably. you can then check if the following settings.

  1. You have disabled the option to Edit/Remove addon.
     
  2. You have disabled the option to edit the quantity of the Plans. 

 

You can check this by navigating to Settings >> Configure Chargebee >> Checkout and Self Serve portal >> Configurations.
