How can I see the retention rate of my subscriptions or LTV of customers?

Solution
Customer Lifetime Value is a prediction of the net profit attributed to the entire future relationship with a customer. The Lifetime Value report is a part of our premium  SaaS Metrics report that is calculated from our end and sent every month and is available from our Rise Plan and above.


We do not directly display customer lifetime value in the reports in Chargebee, however, you may calculate this on your end using the formula below: 

 

LTV = {ARPU * 1/Churn rate}


You can get both the ARPU value from the Reports section of your account and Churn rate from under the dashboard in the web interface. 


You could also explore RevenueStory, Chargebee’s analytics product which provides the LTV reports and a number of additional reports to gain better insights on your subscriptions. Here’s more.
