RevenueStory, Chargebee’s analytics product provides over a 100 different reports including the LTV(lifetime value) report to gain better insights on your subscriptions. Here’s more.


The reports are available in Chargebee under Menu > Revenue Story > Report Explorer


Metric Calculation: The LTV in RevenueStory is calculated using the formula:

LTV = ARPPS (Average Revenue Per Paid Subscription) × Paid Subscription Lifetime
