Customizing checkout fields in V3 & V2
The Chargebee checkout & portal pages can be customized in several ways to suit your requirements. To edit the default fields or labels, follow the steps below:
Checkout and Portal(V3):
Navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self Service Portal > Labels.
You can find the required label from the checkout or portal pages using the “Add more copy/text” option if it is not listed.
Next, click on the edit button of the label and edit the text as required.
Hosted checkout and portal V2:
Navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self Service Portal > “Text configuration". Here you can change the name for all the fields and labels for the portal and checkout pages.
Will the texts appear only in English?
Chargebee provides multi-language support for the checkout, portal, invoices, and email notifications where the fields are automatically translated on our end for the languages that we support. Here’s more on this feature.
