Thank You Message

I'm using the V3 checkout. Is there a way to add a "thank-you" message at the end once the customer has successfully subscribed?


Now it's rather ambiguous for a customer as the window simply closes.

Yes, it is certainly possible. Go to Settings > Checkout and self-sever portal > click on the "Labels" tab and add a message using the section highlighted below:
