I want to add a subscription cancellation button within renewal reminder emails.
Summary
We currently, do not have a direct link to give the link to cancel their subscriptions but some of the other ways of achieving this are
- Attaching the portal link in the email, have the customer open their subscription details using their credentials, and then cancel their subscription.
- Customers navigating to the "Log into your account now" option on the renewal reminder emails and then they can cancel their subscriptions.
