Solution
We recommend that you ignore the errors first. You can ignore them one-by-one at your end, or send us the list of errors or entities in the form of a CSV file (that you can download from the sync errors page), and we can also ignore the errors in bulk from the backend. Once this is done, you can go ahead and delete the test records. This is to ensure that the deletion of records does not cause further sync errors. Please reach out to us from here.
