The support portal allows you to access Chargebee Knowledge Base Articles, create tickets with support, and manage the tickets as per status (Open, Pending, Resolved).

Solution
Step 1: Profile creation
Click here to access Support Portal page and click on “Sign Up”
Enter "Full Name" and "Email" registered with Chargebee.
Click here to contact Chargebee Support and request for support portal activation.
Step 2: Activation
Chargebee support will send you an activation email. Click on the link to activate your account.
You will receive the following email to activate your email and set a password.
Step 3: Ticket Status
- Once activated, you can access all the Knowledge base articles, and you will be able to view all the tickets raised by other company members, their status, and their history.
