How can I resolve the error "Sorry the URL OR some of the parameters are not valid"?

The merchant is trying to enable sub-cancellation reason codes, but they are receiving an error "Sorry the URL OR some of the parameters are not valid.".

Summary  
The merchant is trying to enable the option "Adding a reason code for Subscription Cancellation is mandatory." under Reason codes>>Subscription Cancellation but is receiving an error "Sorry the URL or some of the parameters are not valid.".

Solution -

1. Generally, this issue occurs when the settings for canceling subscriptions and adding reason codes are not published under the checkout and self-serve portal configuration.
   

2. Go to the checkout and self-serve portal in the UI to see if the cancel sub-setting under the portal is TURNED ON OR OFF.

3. Also, double-check if the settings are published or not.
   

4. If the settings are not published, then publish the settings and try to activate the reason codes. It will work.
