How to find and correct errors in RevRec?

How to fix the sync errors in RevRec?


Summary

When data is synced into RevRec using the 'Sync' process, a job is created on the sync stream that may identify errors. Often these are pieces of information that are just not complete on the other side and just need to be corrected in the source system. You can find this from Sync > History > View Summary


Solution

To find the Sync job errors, navigate from Sync > History > View Summary (click on failed the eye icon under action.


The view summary will display the details as shown below. 


In this example, it looks like the delivery dates were not available for several orders and RevRec is warning that it chose a default value.

It is a good practice to review and resolve these issues in the source system or if it is a missing SSP or something on the RevRec side that you resolve those as a part of your closing process.
