The reason we are facing this error is due to both the Chargebee integrations are present on the HubSpot app & as you know we can't use both integrations together. You need to uninstall the older version of the Chargebee app from HubSpot you should be able to resolve the error.
1. Try to delete cookies and cache from the browser and check if that helps.
2. Try using a different browser or an incognito mode to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue persists, then there might be a conflict between apps.
As you know in the HubSpot Q2C there is no synchronization of customers and subscriptions that are directly created in Chargebee into HubSpot, you will lose the fields associated with the older Chargebee <> HubSpot integration.
We will not retain mappings from the old HubSpot integration for contacts and deals and pass them to the new integration of Q2C. Through Q2C only new companies will be created as new customers in Chargebee and their associated deals would be created as subscriptions.
