Access for the Salesforce org has expired for ChargebeeInc Support


Solution

This error normally occurs if the login access period is limited or expired. You can extend the login access over a period of time from Settings > Grant Login Access > Access Duration from Salesforce.


In Salesforce Lightning Experience:

Click on the avatar present in the top right corner and go to “Settings”.
Search “Grant Login Access” from the search box on the left.
Set the “Access Duration” to 3-7 day for “ChargebeeInc Support”
Click on Save.

In Salesforce Classic User Interface:

Click on your name present in the top right options.
Click on my settings → Personal
Set the “Access Duration” to 3-7 day for “ChargebeeInc Support”
Click on Save.
